KAIA Development Group LLC (“KAIA,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of prospective investors, active investors, and visitors to our website and investor portal. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including your full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, and financial qualification information (for accreditation verification). Through the investor portal, we also collect investment transaction data, document access history, and bank account information (stored in masked form). We do not collect payment card information.
We use your information to: process and evaluate investor access requests; deliver investor communications, reports, and payout confirmations; maintain records required by US securities regulations and our compliance obligations; administer your investment account and position; and improve our platform and services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with: legal counsel assisting with fund administration; payment processors facilitating wire transfers; regulatory authorities as required by applicable law; and service providers operating under strict confidentiality obligations.
Personal financial data — including IBAN numbers and identity documents — is stored encrypted in Supabase’s enterprise-grade PostgreSQL infrastructure. Row-level security ensures that each investor can only access their own records. Our admin panel is protected by role-based access controls accessible only to KAIA founders.
We retain investor records for as long as required by applicable securities law and fund administration obligations — typically a minimum of seven years following the completion of any investment relationship.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deletion requests will be honoured unless retention is required by law or our securities compliance obligations. We will respond within 30 days.
